What does this mean, you may ask? The American Society for Quality-Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence is a professional who leads and champions process-improvement initiatives. They establish and monitor customer-supplier relations and help develop measurement systems to assess the organization. Furthermore, this individual is able to motivate and evaluate staff, manage projects, and use knowledge management tools and techniques.

 

Through this program, Wanda has a proficiency in quality management principles and practices. She works to improve business results and create a better workplace.
